So the restaurant is famous for porridge hence the name. Zhuk Yin Yan in Chinese actual means lovers that are teasing each other but the chinese character in this restaurant "Zhuk" means porridge. A very creative name indeed. But of course the restaurant also serve other type of noodles and fried rice.
So we proceed to order our food.
First order is the fried pan mee. To me it is like eating dry pan mee rather than fried. If you really want to have a good fried pan mee that tasted like hokkien mee, head over to OKR. Nevertheless the portion size is OK. For those that have not tried a good fried pan mee before, I guess this fried pan mee wannabe will do.
The I order a mix pork innards porridge with a bowl of fried fritters. I would say this mix pork innards porridge is good. Better than the fried pan mee wannabe. The topping of fried pork intestine is crunchy and flavourful. I will recommend this to those that love to eat mix pork innards porridge. The gave you a generous amount of pork innards too. Yummy.
